The Barn shopping....

Per usual, I had a great time shopping at The Barn.   Here are a few shots of some of my purchases....

I love the old bottles, especially when materials are added....

I love this french script burlap runner.

This lavender smells wonderful!

I can't get enough of these mirrors to put bottles and such on.

Found a home for this bottle made by Melanie at http://themusingmagpie.blogspot.com/

And fun bottles from Destiny at http://www.farmhouse-vintage.blogspot.com/ or http://www.rufflednest.blogspot.com/

This is not the spot I will be leaving this in, I'm thinking a candle chandelier for this area but I do love bird feeders and this is a fun one from Amy at The Barn.  She has the chandelier I am looking at!

I also bought a new desk for my oldest daughter, pictures to come soon!  Have a great day!

  1. Shanon~Thanks for the mention in your post : ) I'm glad you found some new treasures at The Barn. You didn't take your discount though in my shop....always tell them that you and your sister can have 15% off - I will write in the book in case they give you any trouble : ) By the way...I want one of Amy's candle chandeliers too - they're soooo pretty! By the way...I have another blog too...it's www.rufflednest.blogspot.com - it's my oldest one :)

  2. Hi Destiny! I added your other blog, I wasn't sure if you just wanted the newer one mentioned because of the title from the Barn. Thanks so much for the discount, I will use it for sure! I have been purchasing form you for a bit now and I didn't even realize it was you! My oldest daughter is home sick today. I would have gone back up to the Barn and gotten Amy's chandelier, hopefully it will still be there Friday or it was not meant for me. See you soon!

  4. Hi Shanon! Thanks for stopping by yesterday! Your blog is so cute- you have some great ideas!
I see a lot of similar styles and interests here ;) (great minds think alike, right? he he)
I noticed your question on stenciling from your Paris slipcover post- I have a couple different ways of doing it if you're interested. You can email me (on one of my tabs at the top of my page) it would take up too much space in your comments section!
    Have a great day.
