Hello friends!
The weather has been gorgeous here in Colorado, it's been so nice to finally be outside.
When I was at the Paris Street Market a few weeks ago I found this large metal tub and knew it was coming home with me. I had just the spot in mind for flowers and perhaps another birdhouse planter. I had a dead branch that I sawed down to the size I needed.
I decided to add this metal garden sign to this chippy white board I have had for some time now.
I added a bunch of different flowers to it, purples, whites and yellows.
I love it! It took less then an hour to do the whole thing.
My snowball tree is in full bloom.
Here is my other snowball tree in the front of my house.
Huge, puffy globes of flowers.
I know I have shown this new (old) patio couch but I wanted to show you the cushion I made for it.
It is from drop cloth, I added the ruffles to soften the lines. I found the Paris pillows on clearance at Hobby Lobby and I sewed the middle one from the drop cloth.
Rire avec Les Anges translates, "Laughing with the Angels". I love this saying, can't you just imagine being able to see your guardian angels and laughing and having a wonderful time with them?
One of the clematis, finally blooming.
Moonbeam.
My whole yard is heavily perfumed from this beauty.
Lupine.
My first peony bloom about to open.
This one is a new plant for me this year so I am thrilled that it is going to flower.
I hope you enjoyed my garden tour! Lots more to show you as the summer approaches.
