Happy Easter, everyone. I hope you all had a great day with your families.
We relaxed, I painted a bit, watched movies, the girls looked for eggs.
My husband made me coffee and breakfast in bed. Sigh.
I cooked a nontraditional meal for dinner.
It was all very low key, I loved it!
I hid their baskets and they had to do a scavenger hunt to find them
They loved that!
I thought I would show you my painting project.
I have been wanting to get to this one for a bit but you know how that goes.
This is the before of the console.
That is my bedroom in the background, lots of painting needed in there!
This is a wide hallway that leads to the bedroom.
After! I love it a lot more now.
I put a new knob on it and
distressed it a bit.
I shopped around my house and moved things around.
I love this chippy garden sign and it was in an area where you didn't really see it.
Now you do!
I love bird houses and this one is adorable. It has the same chippy green paint as the garden sign.
We got snow yesterday, :( about 3 inches. It is snowing again as I type this.
We put 8 yards of mulch in yesterday, when it stops snowing I will take pictures so I can show you the before and afters of that.

Wow, you had 3 inches of snow. We had a light dusting this morning but it didn't stick. It wouldn't be Easter in CO without snow or rain. Love the knob on your console table. You did a nice job painting and distressing it!

ReplyDeleteMatt made dinner--also non-traditional but good. We are all wanting to work in the gardens, but too wet!
I like the arrangement on the console table--any display I create is subject to rearrangement by the cats!
Love that knob you chose for that table! The birdhouse looks great on there too! :-)

We are flooding like crazy here girlfriend! Can't wait to see your pretty gardens. I need to mulch but glad I didn't it would float away! LOL!
