I love spring! I am waiting for the changes in my gardens and they are beginning!
I love Ranunculus, these flowers like the cold and are very fun to put in the garden early.
I love all of the different colors they come in.
My tulips and daffodils are coming up.
More bulbs.
Some are flowering already! I can't remember the name of these. Are they called crocus?
My Alium (sp?) I love these huge purple globes.
This fox has been coming by at least once a day and eating my bird seed! I was very surprised to see him eating this.
Their eyes freak me out a little. He doesn't mind us watching him.
Robins! They are definitely a sign of spring!
I even have a feeder out just for the Robins. They love it.
The deer continue to stop by and eat my perennials, I hope I have some left by the time summer rolls around!
Happy spring!!

You have been having fun in the garden. I love Ranunculas. Yes that foxes eyes are freaky. Not long now and you'll have lovely green shoots on the plants in your porch area.

That fox is so beautiful! I can't wait for spring over here...we actually got snow yesterday!! Will I ever get to plant my garden??
ReplyDeleteWe live out in the country too but that fox would have freaked me out! Love your blog. I just started blogging so I am still trying to learn. Yours is beautiful!
ReplyDeleteHi Shannon!
ReplyDeleteYour ranunculus are beautiful! I didn't know they were cold tolerant. See, you learn something new everyday.
I'm trying to remember if it's red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper that deers don't like?!!! Maybe that's rabbits, haha. I'm so confused! Awesome picture of the fox! They are interesting to watch.
I really hope you're wrong about the snow, but it is Colorado.
Take care! :)
Beautiful signs of spring! Gorgeous flowers! Thanks for stopping by my blog the other day.
